GetFreshShop currently delivers only within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping or delivery outside the United States.

This option is designed for nearby fresh grocery and supermarket delivery where local inventory and delivery partner coverage are available.

Fast Fresh Delivery

This option is designed for fast fresh product delivery, including selected grocery, meat, seafood, and other fresh items where eligible.

Same-Day Delivery

This option is available for eligible orders and locations when same-day delivery capacity is available.

4. Delivery Partners

GetFreshShop works with trusted home delivery and cold fresh delivery providers to help complete customer orders.

Our delivery partners may include:

  • Amazon home delivery

  • Walmart home delivery

  • FedEx cold fresh home delivery

The delivery partner assigned to your order may depend on your delivery address, selected delivery option, product type, cold-chain requirements, order size, inventory location, and available delivery capacity.

5. Fresh and Cold Product Delivery

Because GetFreshShop sells fresh groceries, meat, seafood, and other temperature-sensitive products, some orders may require cold handling or cold fresh delivery.

We make reasonable efforts to arrange suitable delivery methods for fresh and perishable items. Customers are responsible for receiving the order in a timely manner and properly refrigerating, freezing, storing, or preparing products after delivery.

Once delivery is completed, GetFreshShop is not responsible for product quality issues caused by delayed pickup, incorrect storage, unavailable recipients, unsafe delivery locations, or failure to follow proper food handling practices.

For fresh and perishable products, failed delivery may affect refund eligibility because these items may not be safely resold or redelivered after delivery failure.

10. Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If your order arrives with a missing item, incorrect item, damaged package, or fresh product quality issue, please contact us as soon as possible.
